Our services include Wedding Management, Bridal Assistance, Bridal Catwalk & Confidence Training, and every detail in between — for the bride who refuses to leave anything to chance.
The difference
“The most important person at a wedding is the bride. The most important preparation she can do has nothing to do with the decor - it has everything to do with her.”
- Mira, Founder of Wedding Essentials
My name is Mira. I am a Wedding Expert & Bridal Confidence Coach.
For years I watched brides manage their weddings rather than experience them — present in body, but slightly outside of the moment.
I work with brides across the Gulf and beyond to change that. Through presence training, on-the-day coordination & dedicated only to you professional bridal assistants, I ensure that the most important day of your life is one you actually live through — completely, consciously, from the first moment to the last.
Work with me
Different services. One purpose.
The timeline is running. The vendors are coordinating. The family is managed. The protocol is followed. You don't know any of this — because you don't need to. You arrive as the bride. We handle everything else.
The dress that needs holding before you walk in. The touch-up between outfit changes. The quiet voice that tells you everything is going as planned. Our bridal assistants are trained, calm, and completely dedicated to you.
Those twenty seconds when every person who loves you turns to look — have you prepared for them? Mira works with brides one-on-one to build the presence, posture, and confidence that makes an entrance unforgettable.
Not staged. Not filtered beyond recognition. Our content creators move through your day with intention — capturing the moments that happen between the planned ones. Content you will still want to watch in ten years.
In a world of digital everything, there is something extraordinary about a photograph you can hold in your hands the same night it was taken. Our Polaroid service captures the candid, the tender, and the in-between.
Some weddings happen far from home. The logistics multiply. The unknowns grow. And the bride still deserves to arrive knowing that every single detail is handled. We travel with you. We coordinate on the ground. We stand beside you on the day exactly as we would in Dubai.
The wedding ends. And suddenly — for the first time in months — it is just the two of you. We plan the first journey of your marriage the way we approach everything: with complete dedication to the feeling of it. Not just the itinerary.
We are based in Dubai and serve brides across the UAE and GCC. We also accept international enquiries — for weddings outside the region, please reach out directly and we will discuss logistics.
We recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months before your wedding date. We work with a limited number of brides each season to ensure every client receives our full attention, so availability can fill quickly during peak seasons.
Your bridal assistant is dedicated entirely to you from the moment you begin getting ready until the last moment of the evening. She manages your dress, coordinates touch-ups between outfit changes, keeps you calm and informed, and makes sure you never have to think about what comes next.
Mira works with each bride individually and the number of sessions depends on your goals and timeline. Most brides do 2–4 sessions. Each session is one-on-one and fully personalised — this is not a group class. You can book a single introductory session to start.
Absolutely. Each of our services can be booked independently. Many brides start with one service and add others as their date approaches. Get in touch and we will help you decide what makes sense for your wedding.
Yes. We have worked with brides from across the world in Dubai and the GCC. We are experienced across a wide range of cultural traditions and ceremony formats. Every bride is welcome.
The Bridal Presence Guide: 7 things every bride should know before she walks in.
This is not a checklist. It is not a list of tips.
It is the beginning of the conversation I have with every bride I work with personally — the one that changes how she thinks about her wedding day, her entrance, and herself.
Free. Yours. And more honest than most things you will read about weddings.
